Pieces of wood that will be recycled in our new woodpark

Recycle your old chipboards and MDF with us

More than 900,000 tonnes! That’s how much wood our factories can recycle into new panel material every year. Wondering where that wood comes from? Waste processors, container parks, demolition companies, the packaging industry… and businesses like yours! Thanks to the take-back programme Recover, we can recycle your chipboard and MDF leftovers into brand-new panel material.

How does it work?

It’s simple: you collect your chipboard and MDF/HDF leftovers and we take care of the rest. Together with our partners, we ensure smooth and proper collection of your wood waste. We place a container at your place of business or at the worksite. When it’s full, just give us or our partner a quick call and we’ll swap it out promptly.

What happens to your waste?

Chipboard leftovers are broken down and chipped. These chips are then used to produce new chipboards.

MDF/HDF waste is processed using a steam explosion method to extract the fibres. These recovered fibres are given a second life in our new MDF panels.

Why do we do this?

As a manufacturer, we take responsibility, not just for the products we make but also for what happens to them afterwards. That’s why we place maximum focus on recycling. We also want to make life easier for our customers and help them meet their own sustainability goals so that together we can create a positive impact on our planet.
