Fibralux MR FR NAF

High density, moisture resistant & fire retardant MDF board (MDF.H FR according EN 622-5), with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Fibralux MR FR NAF is characterised by extremely low formaldehyde emissions (no added formaldehyde-based resins). Fibralux MR FR NAF can be used for non-load bearing applications in humid conditions. This board is approved by the by Air Resource Board (ARB) as a no-added formaldehyde based resin (NAF) MDF board (section 93120.3 of the ATCM (Airborne Toxic Control Measure). Fibralux MR FR NAF is hardly flammable (ASTM E84 Class A/Class 1 rating for thicknesses 9 - 30 mm and European fire reaction classification B), has a significantly delayed combustion and does not contribute to flame spread. For all available thicknesses (from 6 to 30 mm), Fibralux MR FR NAF is B-s1-d0 certified (EN 13501-1). Fibralux MR FR NAF consists of 89% renewable materials and is made from 100% recovered wood. Unilin is the first manufacturer worldwide to recycle MDF and uses recycled fibres for the production of new MDF. This product can be PEFC and FSC certified on request, depending on the certification of our stocks. Fibralux MR FR NAF is an original Spanolux product.
