Impressive renovation of an Art Deco hotel - Astoria hotel

For the total renovation of the Astoria hotel , the owners called in the help of architectural firm Project Vijf and mINT architecture. The beautiful art-deco hotel with its 65 rooms was completely restored to its former glory in just four months. The interior was a challenge, since they wanted to continue the impressive grandeur of the outside to the inside, with attention to comfort and luxury in a contemporary jacket and with touches of the past, says Danny Hoorelbeke (Project Vijf). In the corridors, partition walls have been placed with the Clicwall system in H265 V1A Dainty Oak café noir. This design has also been continued in the furnishing of the rooms. They combined the Dainty Oak design in the open cabinets with brass accents and black.
