Unilin employees develop further at the state-of-the-art training centre The Dive. They can dive into the wide range of training offerings with both collective and individual training and coaching options. Colleagues do not only improve their technical skills here (e.g. how do you work with a certain machine?), but also train their soft skills (e.g. how do you deal with customers?).
