Takeover of IFS (IVC Group) by Mohawk approved by the European Commission

Following approval on 11 June by the European Commission, Spanolux SA has become a fully-fledged part of UNILIN, division panels. This opens perspectives for approaching the market with an even more complete range of products and for continuing to commit to innovation and product development.

To these ends, a focused MDF/HDF organisation will be developed within UNILIN, division panels by the end of 2015 with the emphasis on product range, service and innovation. Until then, you can continue to count on your familiar service and ordering procedures within the current UNILIN, division panels organisation. You will still have the same partners in customer service, sales and other services. So you can simply carry on using the same telephone, fax and e-mail addresses you use at present.
