Fibralux FR Uncoloured

High density, fire retardant MDF board (MDF.LA FR according EN 622-5) with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. Fibralux FR Uncoloured can be used for load bearing applications in dry conditions. This board has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class) and also meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - phase 2) and EPA (TSCA - Title VI). Fibralux FR Uncoloured is hardly flammable (European fire reaction classification B), has a significantly delayed combustion and does not contribute to flame spread. For thickness from 6 to 11,9 mm, MDF Fibralux FR Uncoloured is B-s2-d0 certified (EN 13501-1). For thickness from 12 to 30 mm, Fibralux FR Uncoloured is B-s1-d0 certified (EN 13501-1). For the thickness range from 6 to 30 mm, Fibralux FR also meets Class 1/Class A as set by ASTM E84. Fibralux FR Uncoloured consists of 89% renewable materials and is made from 100% recovered wood. Unilin is the first manufacturer worldwide to recycle MDF and uses recycled fibres for the production of new MDF. This product can be PEFC and FSC certified on request, depending on the certification of our stocks. Fibralux FR Uncoloured is an original Spanolux product.
