New story for Van Wanrooij starring Master Oak

Inbo Architect finished the work in the new headquarters of construction company Van Wanrooij thanks to a large open space with a green wall between the floors. What was the intention? To reduce the distance between the different departments and create the ideal place for employees and customers to meet. The eye-catcher of this project? The cabinet wall that runs over three floors and is finished with ... Master Oak Light Natural!
MASTER OAK: WHEN IT HAS TO BE DONE FAST
To maintain the “Van Wanrooij feeling”, the architect and interior designer wanted to finish almost all the furniture in the offices of the new head office in Den Bosch with warm, natural wood structures. From the kitchen to the walls and even the planters. Master Oak turned out to be the perfect match! A material with the look and feel of real oak that can withstand a knock or two was exactly what Van Wanrooij was looking for. When BM-Interieurs introduced Master Oak Light Natural to the customer, they took to it instantly.
"Another major advantage of Master Oak was the quick delivery in large quantities", says Berry Boelens from B-M Interieurs. “With other suppliers, we often encounter products that have a long delivery time for large quantities.”
A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN
In addition to the availability, Master Oak’s colour-matching also played an essential role. "The rounded corners in the kitchen are all made of HPL and the flat doors of melamine. Both are used alongside each other and had to be able to be combined seamlessly. So colour matching was a must, also for the edging tape." This brought everything together, creating a sense of quality, sophistication and attention to detail.
SUSTAINABLE ALTERNATIVE TO OAK
Van Wanrooij places great importance on sustainability. The fact that Master Oak is made from 95% recycled wood is therefore fully in line with the customer’s vision.
