UniMDF Paneelware

Definition
UniMDF Paneelware is a robust, but light wood fibreboard suitable for industrial processing and general use in dry spaces (service class 1 according to standard EN 1995-1-1).

Description

UniMDF Paneelware is made from conifers which give it its typical light, stable wood colour. During the manufacturing process, the wood fibres are mixed with UF glue and subsequently compressed under high pressure and at a high temperature to produce a homogeneous MDF board. This board is particularly versatile and can be used in just about every professional application. UniMDF Paneelware is made of wood from sustainably managed forests of non-controversial origin.

Properties

  • Light and stable wood colour
  • Medium density
  • Highly densified surface
  • Low formaldehyde content (E1)
  • High sanding quality

Applications

Thanks to its strong technical properties and the beautifully finished surface, UniMDF Paneelware is the most versatile MDF board for general construction applications, walls and ceiling cladding, and the manufacturing of skirting boards and profiles. As such, UniMDF Paneelware comes as the perfect solution for fitting out shops or homes.
