UniFIT Floor

Definition

UniFIT Floor is a wood chipboard with a tongue and groove profile on four or two faces. This board is suitable for structural applications in humid conditions, in accordance with service class 2 according to standard EN 1995-1-1:2004.

Description

UniFIT Floor is a three-layer board with a very highly densified centre core and a symmetric tongue and groove profile. During the manufacturing process, the MUF glue is compressed with the flax clay at a high temperature and the glue is distributed evenly to ensure optimum adhesion. The high strength properties, the tongue and groove system and the water-repellent properties make UniFIT Floor particularly well suited for floor systems in the construction industry and roof element applications.  UniFIT Floor is made of wood from sustainable, managed forests of non-controversial origin.

Properties

  • Symmetric profile
  • Green colouring
  • Low swelling (MUF glue)
  • Low formaldehyde content (E1)
  • 2 unsanded  faces

Applications

UniFIT Floor is made for the professional construction industry and can be installed horizontally as well as vertically. As such, UniFIT Floor is used for roof and floor structures or to seal insulation or room partition walls. Thanks to the symmetric tongue and groove profile, individual boards can be mutually rotated.
