UniCHIP P3 
Definition
UniCHIP P3 is a wood chipboard suitable for non-structural applications in humid spaces, in accordance with service class 2 according to standard EN 1995-1-1:2004.
Description
UniCHIP P3 is a three-layer board with a highly dense centre core and a level sanded surface layer on the top and bottom faces of the board. During the manufacturing process, the MUF glue is compressed with the chips at a high temperature and the glue is distributed evenly to ensure optimum adhesion. This board is mainly used for all kinds of interior and construction applications and is also extremely suitable for furniture in humid spaces. UniCHIP P3 is made of wood from sustainable, managed forests of non-controversial origin.

Applications
UniCHIP P3 is the best choice for applications in places that tend to be more humid, such as bathroom furniture, window sills, kitchen worktops, concrete casings, etc. Thanks to the MUF glue, swelling in the event of direct contact with water is lower than with standard chipboards.

On request, UniCHIP P3 is also available with an extremely low formaldehyde level and this product is called UniCHIP P3 BIO.

The manufacturing of UniCHIP P3 meets the requirements as specified in ISO standard 9001:2008 and the products are fully compliant with European standard EN 13986:2004.
