UniCHIP P4 
Definition
UniCHIP P1 is a wood chipboard suitable for structural applications in dry spaces, in accordance with service class 1 according to standard EN 1995-1-1:2004.
Description
UniCHIP P4 is a three-layer board with a high-density core and a level sanded surface layer on the top and bottom faces of the board. During the manufacturing process, the UF glue is compressed with the chips at a high temperature and the glue is distributed evenly to ensure optimum adhesion. This board is mainly used for supporting floor and partition panels in construction applications. UniCHIP P4 is made of wood from sustainable, managed forests of non-controversial origin.

Applications
Thanks to its strong technical characteristics, UniCHIP P4 is extremely suitable to be used as partition panels in timber frame construction, as floor boards for residential use or for the manufacturing of furniture subjected to heavy loads.

On request, UniCHIP P4 is also available with an extremely low formaldehyde content under product reference name UniCHIP P3 BIO.

The manufacturing of UniCHIP P4 meets the requirements as specified in ISO standard 9001:2008 and the products are fully compliant with European standard EN 13986:2004.
